- Suspension of Use or Erasure You may request that we stop using or erase your Personal Information (“Suspension of Use, etc.”) if it has been handled beyond the scope of its intended purpose or was obtained through fraudulent means. We will conduct the necessary investigation without delay and, based on the results, perform the Suspension of Use, etc., if we deem it necessary. We will notify you promptly of our decision.
